Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Carrots

Ingredients:

8 carrots
16 strips of thinly sliced Bacon
Dr Bill’s Cane & Maple Syrup

 

Directions:

1. Par boil the carrots so they are almost but not quite tender.  Set aside.

2. Lightly brush the bacon strips with Dr. Bill’s  Syrup.

3. Wrap each carrot with two strips of bacon.

4. Season them all with more  Dr. Bill’s Syrup & set on the smoker at 375 until crisp, approximately 20 minutes, turning them twice.
