Dr Bill’s Seafood Glaze

Recipe by Chef Gason 

Salmon w/ Dr Bill’s Seafood Glaze over rice pilaf 

Ingredients: 

1/2 stick butter
Dr. Bill’s Cane & Maple Syrup
2 lemons



Directions: 

1.Sear butter in a pan.

2. Add Dr. Bill’s Syrup to taste.

3. Squeeze in the juice from lemons.

4. Let caramelize & pour over fish, salmon, or shrimp. Fantastic!
